The Problem.
Brian Harris and his teammates ordered customer apparel through their company’s internal promo store. It could not co brand. Every order meant buying the apparel, shipping it to the customer, and having the customer take it to a local shop to add their own logo. That second step added cost and time on top of 10 to 15 business day lead times, a narrow style selection, and constant checks on whether the right sizes were in stock.

The Switch.
A trusted referral brought Brian to Apparel Redefined, and AR reached out right away to ask what the team needed. Two things changed. The catalog opened up, from Richardson caps to TravisMathew, OGIO, Marmot, and New Era. And both logos now go on in one place, so there is no second vendor and no second trip. Brian gets immediate replies with links to options, mockups, and quotes that are easy to read, and the team adjusts as plans change.
The Results.
Since 2024, six members of the team have placed 36 orders with Apparel Redefined, more than 2,000 caps, beanies, bags, shirts, polos, hoodies, and quarter zips. Their brand has been paired with 11 dealer and distributor brands. Brian’s orders are typically processed within a week, and none has come back wrong. His co branding customers tend to sell more by showing the partnership, and he always gets asked for more.
